Low
Deposit
- $500 gets you on the schedule; the rest is due
when the job is complete; other deck builders may require up to
50% of the quote
in order to purchase materials. We have a long
term
relationship with our suppliers that allows us the necessary
reserve to only
request a minimum down payment.

Manpower - we do not subcontract
any jobs,
 all
work is performed by our multiple experienced
crews. Crews consist of Crew Leader, Journey-
man, and one or more Apprentices.
ü
Permits
- we don't build without one plus we
secure all
of the necessary State, County and
Local permits. If someone starts a job
without a
permit, fines may be doubled and
in
some cases
the structure has to be removed.

Warranty

Insurance
- we carry all of the proper General, Auto, and
Umbrella Liability and Worker's Compensation.
